Old Business
1. We will be doing Trunk or Treat on October 31st with no additional car show.
2. We had 7 vehicles for the 4H (Hillsboro, Hico, Hamburgers, and Home) cruise on Saturday, September 26th. Everyone seemed to enjoy the scenery and we didn’t have any breakdowns!
3. The LaRue Miller Elementary Sock Hop was well attended, and we had a great time seeing the kids (and their parents and teachers) in their 50’s outfits. Thank you to everyone who participated.
4. The T-Shirts are available. See Misty since she will be handling the distribution this year.
New Business
1. Founder’s Row is planning on having classic vehicles at their location during Midlothian Heritage Day on October 31st. If it is like the past, we will need to be parked by around 9:30 and stay until approximately 2:00. Shuttles would take visitors to and from this area to the main Heritage Day activities. More information will be provided in the future.
2. Next month we will hold 2027 officer elections. Please come prepared with your nominees for all positions.
