Old Business
1. Thank you to everyone who helped with the June 13th show in our absence. I really appreciate all that you do for the club! I heard the show was well run and a huge thank you to the York’s; Scott’s’ and Cribb’s for leading it and bringing the trailer etc…. $610 Net proceeds from Gingerbread Trail Car Show – raised to $1000 to the Ellis County Museum- Motion made, seconded, and passed.
2. The T-Shirts are available. See Misty since she will be handling the distribution this year.
3. 2026 Membership dues can be paid at any time.
4. Thank you to everyone who participated in the Midway Airport breakfast, the Gingerbread Trail car show, and the Gravy Restaurant show.
5. Mark McCasland contacted us about wanting to have some classics at the Midlothian Civic Center on July 4th from 11-2. They call it a car show, but it’s more of a cruise in and no entry fee will be collected.
New Business
First Responder’s show the morning of October 31st and then do Trunk or Treat that night!
